1When a Return Is Accepted

We accept a return only if the item you received is:

• Incorrect — a different product, design, weight or specification from what you ordered; or
• Damaged or defective — received in a damaged or faulty condition.

To be eligible, you must raise the request within 2 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, invoice and any certification that accompanied it.

2What Is Not Eligible

• Change of mind, or a product that no longer suits your preference.
• Customised, engraved or made-to-order pieces.
• Items damaged through wear, mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
• Requests raised after the 2-day window.

3How to Raise a Return

Contact us within 2 days of delivery using the details on the Contact page, with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Please do not return any item before we confirm and approve the request.

4Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it to confirm the issue. If the return is approved, we proceed with a replacement or refund as described below. If the item does not meet the eligibility conditions, we will return it to you and no refund will be issued.

5Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method. Once initiated, refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 business days, subject to the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider. Shipping is free, so no shipping charge is deducted from an approved refund.

Where you prefer, an approved return may instead be settled by a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

6Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and only the conditions above apply.
